Ingredients:
6 strawberries
2 teaspoons brown sugar
4 shot measures RHINO BEETLE Gin – Strawberry & Mango flavour or Turkish Delight flavour
Pinch of Salt
Half a cup of Soda (Or to Taste)
Method to the madness:
1. Wash and Dice strawberries into small pieces.
2. Sprinkle brown sugar over the berries and rest for 5 minutes. Mash strawberries to release the juice.
3. Fill cocktail shaker with crushed ice, add strawberries, RHINO BEETLE Gin and a pinch of salt. Shaken, not stirred.
4. Divide into two beautiful gin glasses.
5. Add soda to taste and squeeze a lime wedge into each glass.
6. Add a whole strawberry for garnish.
